Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovation with business objectives for 2026
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present future tech insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging tech ecosystems
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs to measure future tech adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management a plus
