Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions with pilot programs
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish cross-functional innovation hubs bridging engineering, design, and business units
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to anticipate compliance requirements
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies through internal education and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with exposure to emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $1M+ budgets and measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in strategic planning frameworks and data visualization tools
