Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, metaverse) through 2026
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional projects from concept to implementation
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Track record of launching innovative products or services
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CDMP, CIMS) a plus
