Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy horizon for 2026-2030
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for next-gen innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/Neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of past strategic technology initiatives
