Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark against industry innovation leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
- Build and mentor a team of innovation specialists and technology scouts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Track record of launching innovative products or services
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, IIM) preferred
