Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for next-gen technology adoption across enterprise operations
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends with high disruptive potential (quantum, bio-integration, etc.)
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their strategic implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field or MBA with specialization in tech strategy
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
