Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/quantum/bio-tech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for disruptive tech
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to validate technical feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Drive innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Monitor regulatory shifts impacting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products ($100M+ revenue impact)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management with executive/board experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles)
