Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ innovation budgets
- Partner with government agencies on national technology policy frameworks
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips)
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development in sustainable tech and AI ethics
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum computing
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with government technology policy initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
- Portfolio of 3+ technology commercialization success stories
