Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning AI, quantum, and biotech convergence

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with global research institutions and government initiatives
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board members
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical tech development frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record launching technologies adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets or venture capital
- Strong network with DARPA, EU Horizon, or national research agencies
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
