Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech startups and academic research
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with leading research labs and government initiatives
- Drive sustainable tech adoption across global supply chain operations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with federal tech policy (NIST, DARPA frameworks)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Go/Rust)
- Certification in Technology Foresight (APF or equivalent)
- Global team leadership with distributed workforce experience
