Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026+) and assess market viability for strategic adoption
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and identify first-mover advantages in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with quantified ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, academic institutions, and tech incubators
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech advisory roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven strategic planning experience
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and board members
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Foresight Practitioners Network) highly valued
