Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem development for next-gen technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of strategic technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three future-critical domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Track record of successfully launching tech-forward products/services
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy implementations
