- Architect ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and prototype engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech paradigms
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to market ($50M+ products)
- Deep expertise in neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and German for global collaboration
