- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Build and mentor a team of 12+ futurist researchers and engineers
- Secure 3-5 strategic technology partnerships annually
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (quantum/AI preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature Tech)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience with federal technology grant applications (DARPA, NSF)
- Strong network with global tech innovation hubs
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
