- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics research initiatives with $5M+ annual budget
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors on emerging tech opportunities
- Manage a team of 12+ researchers and engineers across three innovation streams
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech consortiums
- Anticipate regulatory impacts on emerging technologies and develop compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling R&D teams and managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience with regulatory compliance in emerging tech sectors (GDPR, FCC, etc.)
- Strong network within IEEE, ACM, or similar professional organizations
