Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready technology solutions
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in enterprise-level technology architecture
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of leading patent portfolios (10+ granted patents)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
