Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI ethics, quantum applications, and circular economy tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biotech integration, autonomous systems) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations and ROI modeling
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT Media Lab, IEEE Future Directions, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee the 'Horizon 2026' incubator program mentoring 15+ emerging tech startups
- Author quarterly briefings on technological disruption for the Board of Directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven 5-year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, Nature Futures, or similar Tier-1 journals
- Successful track record scaling ventures from concept to $50M+ ARR
- Certified in Technology Foresight (TF) and Systems Dynamics Modeling
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate venture capital
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futuristics
