Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the end-to-end strategic vision for technology adoption, specifically focusing on emerging trends expected to dominate in 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify disruptive technologies, from Generative AI to advanced robotics, and define our competitive positioning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and C-Suite executives to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical roadmaps and quarterly OKRs.
- Pilot Management: Oversee the execution and scaling of technology pilot programs, ensuring they deliver measurable business value and ROI.
- Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with key technology vendors, research institutions, and industry thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or executive leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Technical Acumen: Proven track record of identifying and implementing future-forward technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT, Edge Computing).
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling strategic directives.
- Leadership: Strong leadership presence with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving cultural change.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
