- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional innovation squads to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for advanced AI systems.
- Monitor competitive landscape and patent filings to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate long-term technology visions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Innovation Consulting.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Generative Models.
- Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps for major business transformations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks regarding data privacy and AI ethics (GDPR, CCPA).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech concepts for diverse stakeholders.
