- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Lead the recruitment of top-tier talent and mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
