Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and create scalable adoption strategies
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global innovation labs
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and investor boards

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and digital ethics
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum modeling tools
- Experience with global tech policy advocacy (ITU, WEF, OECD)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
