Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and commercial experts
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Translate complex technological concepts into viable business models and investment opportunities
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in commercializing cutting-edge technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CSTE)
- Experience with government tech initiatives (DARPA, NSF, or equivalent)
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-tech products or services
