Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or green tech
- Strong financial acumen for evaluating technology ROI and VC funding
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
