Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Hyper-automation.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts that align with long-term business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to assess the viability and competitive landscape of next-gen technologies.
- Advocate for technical innovation to executive leadership, translating complex concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Define the technical standards and frameworks required for scalable, future-proof systems.
- Identify strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Strong background in emerging technologies, specifically AI, Blockchain, or IoT, with a keen interest in 2026+ technological horizons.
- Proven track record of translating abstract technology concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of SDLC in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
