Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap in strict alignment with company-wide business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research and analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR, Web3) to identify high-value opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and scale transformative innovations that drive market differentiation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget, resources, and strategic partnerships for R&D initiatives.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Develop thought leadership content and whitepapers positioning the company as a pioneer for the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product innovation leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting and successfully implementing long-term technology trends.
- Deep technical literacy across AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and advanced software architectures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
