Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive long-term strategy identifying key emerging technologies (AI, Spatial Computing, Quantum Readiness) and their integration points.
- Predictive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor movements to forecast shifts in the market, advising executive leadership on strategic pivots.
- Emerging Tech Prototyping: Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for next-generation tools, validating their viability before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical futures into clear business objectives for diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with key technology partners, startups, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the allocation of R&D resources toward high-impact, future-proof projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term technology strategies.
- Tech Stack Fluency: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Web3 technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences and board members.
- Adaptability: High agility in navigating rapid technological changes and ambiguous market conditions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
