Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and IoT convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 2026 market readiness
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and M&A opportunities for portfolio expansion
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future tech frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives aligning with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Mentor R&D teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market vision
- Deep expertise in quantum computing applications or neural network optimization
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or SingularityU)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech
- MBA or equivalent with specialization in disruptive innovation
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
