Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Design strategic innovation frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Produce forward-looking market analyses and competitive technology assessments
- Champion emerging tech initiatives through proof-of-concept development
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological ROI and impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into market opportunities
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, S-curves)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation initiatives
