- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and sustainable tech implementation
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor tech talent in future-focused methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Strong stakeholder management with executive/board-level communication skills
