- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives bridging hardware-software-biology convergence
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of next-gen technologies
- Mentor future tech talent through internal innovation incubator programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in tech strategy with proven portfolio of 2025+ innovations
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Mastery of scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certified in emerging tech governance frameworks (IEEE 7000, ISO/IEC 24027)
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-stakes R&D budgets exceeding $50M
