Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups

- Certified in technology strategy frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL) or equivalent
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory landscapes
