- Develop comprehensive future-tech roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their impact on innovation strategies
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable technology and circular economy systems
- Maintain competitive intelligence through market research and partnership scouting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with proven future-planning experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Track record of developing and implementing 5-year+ tech roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google AI) preferred
