- Lead cross-functional prototyping sprints with engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Analyze emerging tech patents and market signals to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich research labs
- Author thought leadership for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record launching commercialized tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Patent portfolio or published research in emerging technologies
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and stage-gate processes
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Security clearance preferred (government projects)
