Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers from ideation to launch
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present tech visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026's breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/biotech products
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market trend analysis
- Exceptional leadership skills with 50+ person team experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
