- Analyze emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+ market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market sizing for nascent technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology incubators
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline maturity and technology adoption readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, Innosight) preferred
