Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive culture of experimentation through hackathons and prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
