- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and adoption metrics

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five)
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
