Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI-driven platforms and Web3 solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance across all engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Decentralized Finance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Web3 technologies (Solidity, Ethereum, or Polkadot).
- Strong command of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
