Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of complex distributed systems and AI-driven platforms specifically tailored for 2026 scalability requirements.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including generative AI, edge computing, and quantum algorithms, translating theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready code.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and the strategic vision of the '2026 Horizon' initiative.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred for deep research roles.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in programming languages (Python, Rust, Go), cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams and delivering high-impact projects on tight deadlines.
