Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI models and quantum-ready infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define technical vision and strategy for integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI and Neuromorphic Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to high-security and performance standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for technological disruption.
- Manage technical debt and ensure the long-term maintainability of our core systems.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
