Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and automation initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers to develop proprietary AI models.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategies with long-term business goals.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Oversee the integration of AI agents into existing workflows to maximize operational efficiency.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
