About the Role
As a Future Tech Lead, you will define the technical roadmap for our 2026 projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into our core product lines, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and strategy for 2026 product roadmaps.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in research and development of advanced AI and Quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on current and future projects.
- Oversee the architecture and deployment of scalable systems designed for long-term growth.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or similar high-performance languages.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
