Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, aligning business goals with emerging technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions for next-generation AI integration and predictive analytics systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum algorithms, edge computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level 2026 vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to ensure seamless transitions into future frameworks.
- Present technical strategies to executive leadership to secure buy-in for large-scale initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience in designing scalable, high-availability systems for global deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to forecast technical trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
