Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing real-time neural data streams and complex simulation models.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technology strategy, ensuring our platforms are future-proof and ready for the rapid evolution of AI.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Conduct deep-dive research into cutting-edge technologies such as Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing, and Next-Gen LLMs, translating research into production-ready code.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of high-throughput data pipelines and machine learning models to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal latency.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and radical innovation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships with key tech startups to integrate disruptive technologies into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI or advanced computational systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
