Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the 2026 business vision, identifying emerging trends in AI, Web3, and Quantum Computing.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future-proof technologies before market saturation.

Qualifications

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices architecture.
