The Role:
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning tech investments with business goals.
- Lead research and development in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Computing.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, vendors, and partnerships to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Establish best practices for innovation management and technical governance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in information technology, software engineering, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations and digital strategy initiatives.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge, Blockchain).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term planning and scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
