Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-gen AI systems with 2026+ capabilities
- Lead quantum computing initiatives for real-world problem solving
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous technology deployment
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on cross-disciplinary research projects
- Mentor junior innovators in our Future Leaders program
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development cycles
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or AI Ethics
- 8+ years in R&D with 3+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Expertise in at least two: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Strong ethical decision-making in ambiguous tech scenarios
