Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen neural interfaces
- Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions and government labs
- Commercialize innovations through patent development and IP licensing
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private investment
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ in future-tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 62443 and NIST AI risk frameworks
- Active US security clearance preferred
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Global speaking experience at tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
