- Drive patent portfolios and IP strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Lead agile development teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI products or frameworks
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Strong background in intellectual property strategy and tech commercialization
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published researcher or speaker at major tech conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
