Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of researchers, engineers, and designers
- Secure and manage $10M+ in R&D grants from federal and private sources
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging technologies with 200+ IP assets
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to pilot future-facing solutions
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ products)
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/private research funding
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in future-tech stack (Python, TensorFlow, Qiskit, etc.)
